K goods in all aspects. I am more than happy with the PQ and AQ as well as its ability to upscale 1. It has a full remote and its construction is solid enough. If it's not software, they've screwed up SUPER hard, and have failed to put in enough processing power, which means software won't fix it, but at that point I'd say they'd be bordering on needing to do a recall.. But that's a special kind of unlikely, the only people who would do that is Foxtel's hardware team : P it HAS to be a software issue. Are all the bugs fixed yet?
